Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Tidel ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Tidel is an AI-powered tool that reviews Etsy listings and provides optimization suggestions for titles, tags, descriptions, and photos. The Service is currently in beta and is provided free of charge during the beta period.

3. Beta Program

The Service is in beta. This means:

• Features may change, break, or be removed without notice.
• The Service may experience downtime or data loss.
• We make no guarantees about availability or performance during the beta period.
• Beta access may be revoked at any time at our discretion.

4. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when signing up and keep your email address current. One account per person — shared or automated accounts are not permitted.

5. Etsy Integration

When you connect your Etsy shop, you authorize Tidel to access your listing data through the Etsy API. You represent that you have the right to grant this access and that your listings do not violate Etsy's terms of service. Tidel is not affiliated with or endorsed by Etsy, Inc.

6. AI-Generated Suggestions

Tidel provides AI-generated suggestions to improve your listings. These suggestions are informational only. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving any changes before applying them to your Etsy shop. We do not guarantee that suggestions will improve your sales, rankings, or visibility.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to generate misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent listing content.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the AI models or algorithms behind the Service.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or access restrictions.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your Etsy listing content. Suggestions generated by Tidel are provided to you under a perpetual, royalty-free license to use as you see fit. Tidel retains all rights to its software, algorithms, and design.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tidel and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost sales, lost profits, or negative changes to your Etsy shop performance.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, we will delete your data within 30 days unless required by law to retain it.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email.
